Consulting
Restorative Facilitation: Shila loves facilitation and offers her skills to groups needing a guide for discussions.
Conflict Support: If you’re unsure of how to handle a sensitive situation, feeling overwhelmed with conflict that popped up, or want guidance on best practice, Shila will confidently and confidentially coach you in finding the right ways forward. These discussions are practical with the goal of building skills, imparting tools, and making a plan. Shila has supported people with: planning difficult discussions, things to consider in conflict, reviewing options for response after allegations of harm, coaching through difficulty or uncertainty, and best practice related to 2SLGBTQ+ engagement and harm reduction. The restorative method is a principled one and ensures that outcomes will feel supportive and affirming.
